We started building AI for pharmacy prescription workflows in August 2023, before "agentic" was even a word people used. While others are just discovering the problem, we've been living in it, one pharmacy at a time.

Before day one

Thousands of conversations

Customer discovery interviews, stakeholder engagements, scrappy ideas, and multiple pivots. They all pointed to the same broken place: the prescription intake queue.

August 2023

We started building intelligent AI automation for pharmacy prescription workflows, beginning with a data-extraction framework sketched on a whiteboard and technology built from the ground up. The term "agentic" hadn't even been coined yet.

2024

Into real pharmacies

End-to-end hardware integration and live pilots, with the AI learning the reality of pharmacy work at the counter, not in a lab.

2025

The messy ones, shipped

Copy-overs, pack sizes, controlled drugs, compounding workflows, nursing home workflows. The edge cases that stall queues became features.

Today

Live across Canada

Helping pharmacies automate their workflows, keep healthcare staff happy, and put the focus back where it matters: clinical care, not data entry.
