This policy applies to this website only, covering the information you provide through its pages and forms. NutraMate Technologies Inc. ("NutraMate", "we", "us") is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. It does not govern the NutraMate platform used in pharmacies, whose data handling is set out in the applicable customer agreement.

Information we collect on this website

We collect only the information you choose to give us through our forms:

  • Demo requests: your name, pharmacy name and location, pharmacy management software, pharmacy type and banner, email, and phone number.
  • Contact messages: your name, email, subject, and message.
  • Job applications: the information you provide in your application, including your resume, contact details, work eligibility, experience, education, and references.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry, schedule your demo, or assess your job application.
  • To communicate with you about NutraMate products and services you have expressed interest in.
  • For job applications: retained for up to 24 months where you have consented, so we can consider you for future roles.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers necessary to operate our business, under appropriate safeguards.

Consent

By submitting a form on this website you consent to the collection and use of the information you provide for the purposes described above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

Safeguards and retention

Personal information is protected with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit and at rest and access limited to personnel who need it. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then securely delete it.

Electronic communications (CASL)

We send commercial electronic messages only with your consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), for example when you request a demo or contact us. Every commercial email we send identifies NutraMate and includes a working unsubscribe mechanism; opt-outs are honoured within 10 business days.

Breach notification

In the unlikely event of a breach of security safeguards creating a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and report to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by PIPEDA, and keep records of all breaches.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may ask what we hold about you. We respond to verified requests within the timelines required by law.
