Own the journey from signed pharmacy to delighted pharmacy. You will run onboarding, training, and ongoing support, the human layer that makes zero-downtime deployment real.

- Run end-to-end onboarding: install coordination, training, first-week success
- Be the voice of support by phone and in-platform messaging
- Monitor accounts proactively and catch issues before pharmacies do
- Turn recurring questions into documentation and product feedback
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, onboarding, or pharmacy operations
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Pharmacy or healthcare software experience a strong plus
- Calm under pressure; organized across many accounts
